In Singapore’s fast-paced environment, many organisations, communities, and individuals are seeking practical ways to support emotional wellbeing and mental clarity. Erin Lee is an author, mindfulness teacher, and wellbeing coach. She founded MindfulMoments to meet this need through thoughtfully written books and meaningful experiences that cultivate calm, self-awareness, and resilience in everyday life.

Erin holds a Master of Science degree in Mindfulness from the University of Aberdeen and is a Certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher acknowledged by the University of California San Diego. She initiated The Big Sit – a global social meditation movement encouraging the intentional use of urban spaces for pausing and fostering good mental health.

Erin presents mindfulness not as a passing trend, but as a set of practical life skills — grounded in contemplative wisdom and translated for modern urban living.

Before dedicating herself to this work, Erin spent 10 years in the corporate world. Having experienced chronic burnout and the pressures of professional life firsthand, she teaches with a practical, relatable, and grounded approach.

Books

MindfulMoments develops books and publications that introduce mindfulness practices and concepts in a clear, thoughtful, and relatable way.

In Take A Pause: Waking Up to a Life of Clarity, personal stories and insights invite readers to slow down, turn inward, and better understand their relationship with themselves and the world around them. The book offers simple yet meaningful practices that support clarity, emotional balance, and intentional living — even amidst the busiest schedules.

Across Singapore, awareness of mental health continues to grow within communities and workplaces. Many people are looking for guidance that feels structured yet spacious — supportive without being overwhelming. Mindful Moments offers this balance by weaving together storytelling, reflection, and practical exercises. Readers learn to pause, recalibrate, and respond with greater awareness rather than operate out of habit and autopilot.
